Jon Willette

Jon has been in the real estate world for over 30 years. In his time, he has worked with numerous retail stores, daycares, restaurants, veterinary clinics and more. Jon also served time in the Marine Corps, worked in the restaurant industry and worked extensively in sales. His creative mind and passion for problem solving paired with his diverse work experience have been unique gifts as he has developed real estate from Central Ohio to California.

Tim Dempsey
A DIVERSITY WORKMAN
Tim began his extensive career teaching basic education to ex-convicts at The Ohio State University. In this role, he also worked with the Federal Government to secure grants for the program's employment training component. He has worked in a range of roles in both Columbus and Chicago and has had success in enacting real, practical change. Tim's work experience spans from working with incarcerated children to the gas industry to the logging industry to an endowment fund he founded to provide ongoing education for children. He can now bring this diverse work background to the real estate world to help you and your business to thrive.

Eric Brehm
A LOBBYIST FOR YOU
Eric Brehm is a former United States Marine and alumni of The Ohio State University where he majored in Journalism. He received his law degree from Capital University Law School and has been practicing law for almost 20 years.
Attorney Brehm spent four years working at the Franklin County Public Defender’s Office as a staff attorney. He then worked as a special prosecutor and practiced criminal defense in the local United States District Court, where he primarily represented drug trafficking offenders. Eric had his own law firm, Brehm and Associates LPA, before joining Riddell Aimar and Brehm LLC in 2017.
Eric is also a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, the Ohio Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys, the Columbus Bar Association and the Licking County Bar Association. He is admitted to practice in all Ohio Courts, as well as the United States District Court, Southern District of Ohio.

Brian Ball
A RESEARCHED EXPERT
Brian R. Ball is a 30-veteran business journalist well-versed in the ins-and-outs of commercial and residential real estate development, as well economic development. That experience includes a working knowledge of government regulations and entitlements as well as how to sell projects to local government stakeholders and the public.
The long-time Grandview Heights resident researched and wrote about development projects in Downtown Columbus, the Short North, Grandview Yard, Rickenbacker Global Logistics Park and numerous other Central Ohio projects as a reporter for Columbus Business First and, in more recent years, Columbus CEO and Columbus Monthly. He also has provided media relations consulting for Grandview Heights and several private-sector businesses.
